How do I control recruiting contacts?

In our recruiting tools we have several different options for controlling contracts. This guide serves as an overview of the different controls available and links to guides on how to manage each one. 

Billing Contact and Account Management 

The administrator assigned as the primary contact for your company account will manage and receive messages on the billing, payment, and account management.

Recruiting Contact

The administrator assigned as recruiting contact for your company account will receive email notifications about all recruiting updates.

Individual Recruiter Contact 

In addition to the overall contacts set for your account, individual recruiters/admins can sign up to be contacts for specific job listings. Additional team members can also 'subscribe' to receive updates as well.

Adding a Work Email

Related to signing up for a recruiting contact or subscriber, you can add a work email to your account instead of relying on your login email. This can be changed in your account settings within recruiter mode. This setting only changes your individual account not the overall team account. Once this email is added and verified it still needs to be added to the individual job postings to become effective. The guide directly above shows how to add contacts to a singular job post and outlines how to add a work email.

Recruiting Contact for ATS 

If you have an ATS linked, \you can also adjust your recruiting contact for your ATS directly.
