Overview of Track Stages

As you reach out to applicants in Source or activate applicants from Job Postings, you move them through stages on their way to becoming fully hired.

In the track dashboard, you'll see consecutive columns that move from left to right that represent this progress. Track comes with default stages but you can also add new statuses and manage their behavior. To make changes please see : How do I add a new stage? and edit a stage's settings?

How do I move candidates through each stage in Track?

Under each status column you will see applicant profile cards such as underneath Applicants in the image above.

You can manage each applicant by clicking on the applicant card and using the options in the top right corner to take actions to move them  through the applicant process, or to fail an applicant to stop their progress.

In the bottom right corner of the applicant card, you can also leave notes as well. As you move through the statuses new options will be revealed such as the ability to use instant scheduling if you have that set up on your account.

If you have one of the three Applicant Tracking Systems that integrate with Angellist you can your ATS up  by following this guide: How do I setup an ATS?
