How do I connect our Workable ATS?

To connect Workable, you will need: 

  • Sign in to your Workable account to enable Wellfound access to pull your jobs and send candidates. 
  • Have super admin permissions. There are more details on the Workable website here. 

If you meet both of these requirements above, follow these steps: 

  1. Sign in to your profile related to your account.
  2. Go to your Settings button, gear in the top right corner or open https://wellfound.com/recruit/atsHow to navigate to your ATS Settings
  3. Select ATS
  4. Select Workable as your preferred ATSSelect Workable from ATS options
  5. Press 'Proceed to www.workable.com'  to connect your account.

6. Follow the steps in Workable.com; after you have set up the connection on their end, you will be re-directed back to Wellfound

7.  Important: Navigate to Jobs from the top toolbar and add a salary or equity for each ATS synced job post to prevent limited distribution. Please follow this guide: How do I add a salary or equity range for a job post?
