How do I cancel my Recruit Pro subscription?

Please Note: Your recruit permissions need to be set to an Admin to cancel your Recruit Pro subscription. How do I update my team's recruiter permissions?

1. Sign in to the profile connected to your company profile. 

2. While in recruiter mode, hover over the gear icon in the top right corner, then click on Subscriptions or go to your Subscriptions page. 

3. View the details about your current Recruit Pro subscription, including the plan, number of seats, subscription price, and renewal date.

4. At the bottom right of this section, click on Cancel subscription. A window will open asking for the reason for the cancellation. Fill out the cause, then hit Next.

After these actions, your Recruit Pro plan will no longer renew. The subscription's end date will be reflected in this section upon cancellation.
