How do I share candidate profiles?

The “share” option at the bottom left of each profile in Source or Applicants allows you to share candidates with team members when viewing candidate profiles. This feature offers a private link to share a complete candidate profile with your team. 

To get the link to share the candidate 

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. In recruiter mode, find the candidate card you want to share in Source or Applicants. 

3. In the bottom left corner of the card, click on Share. 

4. From the left-hand side of the private link you have two options: 

• Click on the Copy link to share the link directly with teammates
• Select teammates from the Select Teammates search field to automatically send the link
