How do I invite a team member to recruit for my team?

To invite team members to recruit for your company

Note: You must be an admin for the company profile to invite colleagues

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. Go to your company's Team page, click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and then click on Team. 

3. Scroll to  Your Team.

4. Press the blue button that says Invite Team Members

5. In the pop-out window, enter the team member's email. 

  • If the team member already has a Wellfound account, please use their existing login email to prevent a duplicate account. 

6. From the Subscription Access Level drop-down, select Recruit Free or Recruit Pro (if one is available in your company subscriptions).

7. From the drop-down Permission Access Level, select either Recruiter or Admin

Admin: Full access to recruit candidates and manage company profiles, permissions, billing info, and account settings.

Recruiter: Full access to recruit candidates and manage the company profile.

8. Toggle Access to all team member conversations to the preferred access level. 

9. Press Invite teammate to send the invitation.

10, Once sent, the team member will show on the Your Team list as Pending. Your team member will have seven days to accept the invite, granting them access. Once your team member accepts, they will have permission to recruit for your team. 

To remove or resend an invitation

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. Go to your company's Team page, click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and then click on Team. 

3. Scroll to  Your Team.

4. To find the team member, scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top. 

5. Press the vertical '...' button to the right of the name and select either Resend Invite or Remove Team Member
