Do you conduct phone screens for us?

We do not conduct phone screens on behalf of companies. We cut out the middle man so that top candidates can quickly be connected to hiring managers.

However, our candidate profiles reveal information that is typically requested during initial phone screenings. In addition to background information, profiles share insight into candidates' “ideal next opportunity” to help you get an idea of one's cultural fit.

The closest thing we offer is Automated Intros by the CSM team, who can pitch directly to candidates on the recruiter's behalf. When the recruiter has a calendar link included, they can have candidates appear right on their calendar to conduct the phone screen without needing to log into Wellfound.
