How do I add external candidates to Track?

Track is our built-in ATS. Sometimes a company may have an external referral that is not using our system. We've made it easy for companies to add external candidates to Track so they can keep track of all prospective candidates in one place during the screening process.

How to add an external candidate to Track 

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. In recruiter mode, go to ATS from the top toolbar or click here.

3. Above any of the Stages, hover above the title until you see the icon of a figure with the add symbol. Click on the symbol to start the process. 

4. A window to add the external candidate will show on the righthand side. From there, select the Stage the candidate should be added to from the drop-down and then manually add the name, email, and other details such as social media links, resume file and candidate website. 

5. When you have completed the candidate's details as fully as possible, click on Add Candidate blue button at the bottom. The candidate card will propagate in the related Stage selected. If it's in the wrong Stage, drag and drop it into the correct position. 


How do I delete an external candidate 

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. In recruiter mode, go to ATS from the top toolbar or click here.

3. Open the candidate card of the candidate you would like to delete by clicking on their name from a Track column. 

4. In the candidate card, on the left-hand side at the bottom of the candidate details, click on Delete this candidate. Please note that you will not be able to retrieve the correspondence related to the candidate once deleted.
