Why can't I find some conversations with candidates?

To maintain an organized and efficient platform, Wellfound implements a policy where candidate conversations are removed after six months of inactivity. This helps to streamline the recruiter experience by regularly removing expired conversations.

Please remember that you may have buried conversations in your Track queue because you could have unpublished your job posts. To bring these candidates up:

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. Go to Track by navigating to this page wellfound.com/recruit/track

3. Toggle from the left-hand column to the 'Unpublish' list. 

4. Click on the related job. 

5. On the left-hand side of the queue, you can find your related candidates.
