As a featured candidate, how much time do I have to reply to companies?

Pitches that have no response after seven days will expire. Failing to respond can lower your search ranking if you are a featured candidate.

We advise that you respond to your pitches by replying or rejecting them as soon as possible. The sooner you answer, the better! The urgency provided by our system helps connect talent and companies quickly.
